Staff were very bad every second directly asking for tip also there were no professionalism ……please please please don’t choose this hotel….

Staff was helpful and polite. Everything was clean and hygienic. Views from room were to die for. Breakfast buffet changed daily and included a variety.

Location is fabulous. Cleanliness ok. Issue is temp in the room. It's hot in the room. Toilet could be cleaner. Response time is good. Food good

Good spacious room but needs maintenance, location is fantastic, service is super slow and average food but special mention to restaurant service guy ajaz who gave all the hospitality and was really nice to us

Cleanliness and hygiene issue with hotel. Location was bang on. Waiters, housekeeping are greedy and ask for tip without all giving service

The Hotel staff was unprofessional. They refused to give us extra bed. when we were downgrading our room from family to deluxe due to poor location of family room. it's near thier storage area .

Everything was okay type, should focus more on rooms and amenities. It feels like boring if you decide staying at hotel only so, should have some good attractive stuff to do inside hotel like a good restaurant with new introduced dishes some outdoor stuff for guests who are looking for some sober activities in hotel premises
